If you would prefer to upgrade (fee payable) your delivery from our standard Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded to another service (e.g., Courier, Special Delivery Next Day) please ask us for more details.

New customers will need to provide their full billing address with postcode, telephone number and e-mail address (if available) plus credit/debit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Previous purchasers’ details will be on file but you will still need to provide current payment details.
Post a handwritten order form to us with a cheque/postal order made payable to RAIL EXCLUSIVE or include your card details on the form. It may sound obvious but please make sure you include your address, any phone numbers incase we need to get in touch. The address for all orders or correspondence is RAIL EXCLUSIVE, 20 Park Street, Kings Cliffe, Peterborough PE8 6XN.
Scan your completed order form and send to firstname.lastname@example.org A confirmation reply will be made once your order has been received and entered on our system. We do not recommend sending us card details in the body of an e-mail.
